Description:
Currently option name is "Restart in Safe Mode", but "safe" word can be
interpreted in different way like "this is safe" vs. "this is unsafe". But
actually this is actually "Troubleshoot Mode".
Firefox did exactly the same change from "Safe Mode" to "Troubleshoot Mode".
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on Help menu
Actual Results:
Current option is "Restart in Safe Mode".
Expected Results:
Recommendation: "Troubleshoot Mode"
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Firefox did the same change few releases ago.
