Phantom shapes listed and layouted in the last page
This is a small but frustrating issue which happens now and then with big
documents structured in Master (.odm) and slaves.
In this case I have a master with 3 (external) sections and 5 slave .fodt
documents.
What happens is that I see (in the master document's navigator) 2 copies of an
existing shape and 4 copies of a not (any more) existing shape (CallOuts)
layouted at the end of the (same slave) document, but just when I open the
master (not in the slave file). The original existing is named
"shp_drw_img_Winch1_p3c", while the copies are "shp_drw_img_Winch1_p3c 5" to
"shp_drw_img_Winch1_p3c 10".
To be more precise, the non existing one is still the existing one before a
modification I've made.
If I `grep` all the files I get just 1 result:
`grep "shp_drw_img_Winch1_p3c" MTS-P_ENG*.fodt`
```
MTS-P_ENG_Chap05--08.fodt: </draw:custom-shape><draw:custom-shape
text:anchor-type="paragraph" draw:z-index="204"
draw:name="shp_drw_img_Winch1_p3c" draw:style-name="gr12"
draw:text-style-name="P118" svg:width="0.5cm" svg:height="0.5cm"
svg:x="16.335cm" svg:y="0cm">
```
So there's no trace at all of any object named "shp_drw_img_Winch1_p3c *" in
the files, but they appear in the ODM.
It's not easy to reproduce as it's a 140 pages composed document, which I can't
share unfortunately.
If someone helps me we could try to let it become anonymous.
