Libre Office applications have a menu item "Send Feedback" in their Help menu.
I It links to an overview page https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/ of which
only one of the items is broadly related to sending feedback (the issue
tracker).
To do what the menu entry tells, one needs to find the right entry and then
create an issue. If that is the entries purpose, it is unclear who the target
group is: A user unfamiliar with software development and open source culture
will hardly be able to find and use the issue tracker to give feedback; a user
familiar with open source culture, will assume the existence of an issue
tracker.
I thus suggest to remove the item. Alternatively, "send feeback" could be kept
and lead to a form where people can write free form feedback and/or answer
structured survey questions. This would create the need to create such a form,
keep it short enough to be useful and to evaluate the results.

Open Writer or Calc
go in the menu to help/send feedback

I get to https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/ a page titled "Community
Assistance" which contains links to various sources of help, documentation and
collaboration
Expected Results:
If the menu entry exists, it should lead to some simple form where people can
write feedback or fill out a short structured survey.
