It's too bad the e-book from sony, the librie, which has the powerless-when-not-changing-state B&W display doesn't do JPEG/Acrobat files, nor programmable -- the built-in J/E,E/J dictionary along with the ability to take volumes of texts with you is just a dream, but inability to load anything but their ebooks is bad, for such an expensive device. Wonder if it can playback a full-length DIVX file on the go? Portable video iPod... So, perhaps the Sony U-series is the rich-man's substitute? Short battery life vs. the librie, but the color screen sounds like it's something somebody can use in daylight. Anyways, just some random thoughts before I get back to studying Japanese... ===== adorable toshiba libretto The latest news and information for the Toshiba Libretto owner. http://www.silverace.com/libretto/ __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
