Hi, Attached a patch for the testkit.
Not every machine/ipstack makes good connections to the public hostname of the local machine. This does however work well with 'localhost'. The patch forces localhost on the created HTTP::Daemon objects, which makes all tests succeed for me, while otherwise the robot/ua and local/http functions fail (timeout).
