Hi, I have been using LICQ without problems for several years now. Yet, one contact on my list (I newly added) gets my messages I sent through server within seconds, but has to wait about 2 minutes before msgs targeted to _me_ in response are through, resulting in an open icq message window with funny moving icons..
My config: LICQ 1.2.7, masqueraded by iptables/kernel 2.4.16 via masq Hers: Mirabilis ICQ/version unknown, not masqueraded The funny thing is that she's the only one with such problems. Most of my contacts report similar sending times only for the first message in a communication, after the first one passed through, all following messages work well. I configured LICQ with the "I am behind a firewall"-option. I recently read that I should open some tcp ports/preroute some tcp ports for file transfers, but would ip tables forwarding also solve the problem described above?
