Dear Peeps,

In my years as a Director developer I have experienced a lot of problems
when using sound under NT. Most recently, under NT 4.0, I have found that a
game we are developing seems to have sound playback problems (using
MacroMix) both when authoring and from the web.

Our shitty Windows 95 - P1 150Mhz test machine seems to play it back fine.
The only thing I can think that would make a difference is the version of
DirectX installed but I thought MacoMix didn't use this!?

If anyone has any tips (other than using Beatnik - which we will be for more
serious games!) could you please let me know....also it crashes the browser
when pressing the refresh button.....any ideas?

Thanks,

Sam and the Elektonika team.
