In the frame script channel? This works on D7 & earlier - dunno about D8.
Drop your behavior in the first frame you want it to start.
Select the frame script.
Shift-Select the last frame you want for it's span.
Hit Ctrl+b (Command+b if on a Mac).
Or drop it on a shape sprite that's been placed off-stage.
