take a second to think about what you are asking

the answer is NOT

either you save settings to the hard drive, or the registry
unless you find a way to save files onto a cdrom, wich is doubtfully

try QTVR for the panorama's or use two instaces of the same image, make the
second appear
when the first goes offscreen.
