This is a known problem. The Linux behaviour is RFC-compliant, but annoying
anyway.

You may wish to read up on the Linux Virtual Server HowTo
(http://www.linuxvirtualserver.org/) on how to solve this issue.

While you are at it, you can just as well replace the NetDispatcher with a LVS
box, but that is not required ;)
