Well, the modules sure aren't at / 
Try /lib/modules/`uname -r`/block/ftape.o (or something like
that) as path or try 

insmod ftape ...

or even better: modprobe ftape ...

rmmod ftape 
rmmod ...

or 

modprobe -r ftape 
modprobe -r ...

and then load them again (see above).  Note that you can only
unload unused modules, i.e. you might need to rewind your
tape first, for example.
