Hi there,

For my research, I want to buy a USB2 webcam, as I require 30 fps
640x480 uncompressed video. I've done a bit of searching on the net, and
I've found the following two available cameras:

Orange Micro iBOT 2 => Seems to be supported by the ovfx2 driver in the
ov511 package

ADS USBx-2020 => I've not been able to find whether this one is
supported on Linux.

My questions are:

* Did I miss a camera? (I.e. are there other USB 2.0 cams?)
* Does anyone have _experience_ with using the iBOT2 with the ovfx2
driver, and/or in applications like mplayer/xawtv? The list at
  http://alpha.dyndns.org/ov511/cameras.html indicates that there might
be problems with image stability. Anyone has experience with that?
* Is the ADS USBx-2020 supported? And if so: anyone has experience?

I'm a reasonably versed C-programmer and an experienced Linux
user/administrator, so I'm willing to cooperate in making the thing work
(if it doesn't already).

Thanks in advance!
