Greg's answer is the correct one what I believe is the intended question.  By "one 
linux version" I think ShangYu means "a linux version".

What do you mean "version one linux kernel"?

Kernels before 2.4.19-pre2 supported USB 1.1, 2.4.19-pre2 and after now
support USB 2.0 compliant devices.
