This series fixes a bug when the VBUS detection is done by using
extcon. When this is and the driver leaves host mode it will always
respond with:
ci_hdrc.0: timeout waiting for 00000800 in 11
This goes back to reading the OTGSC register with the raw register
read function. See 2/2 for more info.
