Mega.nz have fundamentally the same architecture, and make the same promises. How you evaluate those promises is up to you of course :-) I tend to look to see how much of the client-side code is open source, and how well documented the APIs are. Both spideroak and mega do well in that regard, but I tend to prefer Mega over Spideroak now that I know the people working on Mega. -jim
