So it depends how this is delivered to you. If it is routed to you via your 
link local address (or global unicast addresses) all you need to do is 
configure this behind your kvm host and present it to the guest as a virtual 
bridge.

Otherwise in you can use link locals to get the prefix to you and then present 
it to a vm bridge behind the host. I have done this before back when I had a 
dedicated server with Hetzner, but its been a while so i’m lacking the 
technical details on how to achieve this. I’ll build a lab on this and get back 
to you on this.
