Software Freedom Day is on tomorrow, which could match well with rain
starting: from 10am to 4pm at the South Learning Centre, South
Christchurch Library, 66 Colombo Street, access by rear door. The
http://www.softwarefreedomday.org has been going for eleven years, all
round the world.
* Some display gear will be set up: FreeNAS, desktop distros, portable
systems, etc.
* Discussion space for a Free & Open-Source Software Expo plan - what
better venue might be available for this?
* 'Free your droid' - momentum building to innovate a local course in
GNU/Linuxing mobile phones. Come register your interest and get device
advice.
* Any other bright ideas people may want to rock up with for a sounding
board.
* An extension of the monthly labs held first Wednesday nights at this
venue.
