The only obfuscated email address there is that of the individual, which does help somewhat, however the URL behind the obfuscated individual addresses actually is a valid mailto:<the list>... and that is the bit that someone subscribed doesn't need to discover to spam. But worse than that, seeing that this is a "mailto:" may prompt some robots to try to turn the displayed text into a valid email address - it would be rather straightforward and easy to create this functionality.
So yes, the interesting question is whether the spammer is subscribed, in which case they ought to get kicked off. If they are not subscribed they should not be able to post as per the list rules, however they can obviously fairly easily de-obfuscate the individuals' email addresses from the archive and then spam each individual poster. And there is little that can be done against that, short of stopping to publish the list content. In that case, individual blacklisting of the sender may be the best option, however inconvenient.
