This is my first post, and I'm still pretty new to 802.15.4, so
please bear in case the answer is obvious :-)
Firstly, I have used a AT91SAM9G20-EK board and a AT86RF232 radio device
I can do all the steps described in the getting started (communication between
2 fake end-devices thanks a "real" coordinator).
Now, I would like to use real radio devices.
So I use 2 AT91SAM9G20-EK boards with AT86RF232.
I have unset the option CONFIG_IEEE802154_FAKELB to use real radio.
At starting, the radio device is well recognized:
at86rf230 spi1.3: Detected at86rf231 chip version 2
at86rf230 spi1.3: Status: 00
at86rf230 spi1.3: Status: 08
at86rf230 spi1.3: Status: 09
I configure the first device in coordinator.
Coordinator configuration (board 1):
iz add wpan-phy0
ip link set wpan0 address de:ad:be:af:ca:fe:ba:01
izcoordinator -d 1 -l lease -i wpan0 -p 0x777 -s 1 -c 11
I try to configurate the second one in end device by associating it with the
coordinator but the association doesn't work (command is never terminated).
End device configuration (board 2):
iz add wpan-phy0
ip link set wpan0 address de:ad:be:af:ca:fe:ba:02
iz assoc wpan0 777 1 11 short
On the spi link, there is only registers configuration (read/write) but none
radio transfer.
Does anybody try this?
Any feedback will be very appreciated
