Hi to everyone, I just integrated a hook that, whenever you are trying to overwrite changes on a part, i.e. publishing a part to the PartsBin that was updated by someone else in the meantime, the system will warn you with a dialog (like it is already done with worlds and system code). This is supposed to be the first step to improving the feeling of collaborative work on parts and worlds - including change diffing and (somehow further in the future) semi-automatic change merging.
However, if any problems occur that are related to this functionality, please report them in the trac and assign them to athomschke. Best, Astrid
