I would love to recommend the Phone Co-op for their no-nonsense, no contract, get-your-own-equipment service. However, their customer service often takes weeks to reply (by email at least) and I think they may be messing with my packets (just started to use bit torrent and now connections over ports >1024 are very intermittent). I have asked them what's going on, but won't hold my breath for the reply.
And what's with all these newspaper ads: "phone, broadband & telly for 5p per month (for the first three months)"? Do they think people are stupid? Oh, hang on...
