Mike,

Can you look at one of the cards, and see what the version number and
serial number are ?

I can look up in the database and see what version of Etherboot that is, 
and maybe
there are updates to Etherboot that can help.

Also, you might look for bios updates for the motherboard.  I've seen 
upgrades of
the motherboard bios fix goofy problems like this in the past.

Let me know what you find.
