Sandro, There isn't a patch for NFS-Swap for the 2.4.18 kernel.
I talked to Claas about it and he is extremely busy right now. He's not sure when he will be able to do it. The nfs-swap patch for the 2.4.9 kernel is included in the ltsp_initrd_kit.
