This may help ......

RH normally releases odd numbers as updates to the 0 releases, with the .2
versions usually pretty well worked out. You can only work on history, and
not too much speculation. In any case if you have lots of money riding on
it, use what is popular/proven now, if you are testing, help out by
using/testing new software.
