who promote the use of open standards and standards based websites. They offer help and assistance to sites where the problems facing visitors using Mozilla are a result of a problem with the site's design/implementation rather than a bug. Problems with Konqueror should be reported to KDE. As a matter of interest, it is not actually "correct" to be able to click on a non-web link (documents etc.) and have it open in an appropriate application. It's just something us lazy people have got used to, and is a likely source of major security/policy breaches (of concern to us lazy IT Managers...).
