When it runs LTSP, yes (no idea about win2k terminals that are not
based on LTSP). There should be a documentation about that on the ltsp
website.

Shortly spoken, your printer-terminal listens on port tcp/901 (or so,
details in the docs!) for data and hands that to the printer.

Then you tell your server that there is a terminal like this (use cups
if you like) and voila. Worked for us within five minutes.
