I'm trying to work out some NFS issues at boot time. I'm getting the "still trying" error message and it just hangs...

I'm working through this page on the wiki:

Quick hardware fixes aren't going to happen. I don't have the option of swapping out switches at this point. I'm running a gigabit backbone and the PXE clients are Dell Optiplex GX1's with 10/100 cards connect to 10/100 switches. The only possible oddity is the fact that there is a FreeBSD router between the thin clients and the LTSP server. However, I'm not doing any filtering that should affect anything. It's just doing IP forwarding between subnets.

I'm looking at potentially switching to NFS over TCP or reducing the size of the UDP packets. I can see how to access /linuxrc on LTSP 4.1 machines. How to go about this with LTSP 4.2 ?

Thanks!
Casey
