Hi,
I don't use Xubuntu, I use CentOS.
My dhcp server uses:
option root-path "192.168.0.1:/opt/ltsp/i386";
next-server 192.168.0.1;
filename "/ltsp/i386/pxelinux.0";
I also suggest to check TFTP_DIRS variable enclosed
in /etc/ltsp/ltsp-server-conf.
