This system called Windows Multitouch was recently brought to my attention:

It's the same idea as LTSP, except instead of thin clients on a network,
multiple monitors/KBs/mice are connected directly to the server. I'm pretty
sure this kind of functionality has existed in *nix since the 70s, but I've
never seen it implemented in a modern context. Seems like a good approach
if you have a small number of users and limited resources for acquiring
client machines.
Has anyone done something like this with LTSP? Any idea what would be
involved?
