Thanks you Bennett. Looks like Qt4's QPainter::drawText remains our
single point of failure on Mac.
As I said in another post, it would be very nice if you could zoom
into this Qt API function in your profile. This would help Qt
developer to optimize it for the Mac platform.
Also, I need the following node (QLPainter::text) to be opened to
really see what's going on inside:

I guess I'm not sure what you're asking for. I thought I had provided it
with the screen grab I posted at the URL above. If not that, what do you
mean?
You're right, sorry. I meant that the text report is not very useful as
is. But the screen shot is useful.
