In the build directory should be a file named CPackSourceConfig.cmake I think, 
that all used settings are listed.

But to be fair, I don't know for sure, never needed to know.
For unix-system there is also the file "run_cmake.sh", which has the command 
with which the configuration was created.
Maybe there is something for Windows too. Don't know :(
