Babel with dutch

Hi,

I would like to know how to change the \usepackage{babel} to 
\usepackage*[dutch]*{babel}.
I checked the options, when changing the language in 
document/parameters/language the names of global variables are changing 
(Title->Titel) but aligning is incorrect. As an example: "ontwikkelaars" 
gives at the end of a row "on-twikkelaars" which is not correct.
