Hi Jonny The screen curtain is mostly for privacy, not power saving. It just colours the screen black. On my new MBA I have the macs colourrs reversed so when I turn on screen curtain it makes the screen glow white. Unfortunately not really what I am going for with the limited sight I have. At least it is quick and easy to turn down the screen. effe
