Hello everyone, Can you give some advice on the following.
We are using MapInfo's BS7666 Toolkit to produce a land and property gazetteer and this uses an access database linked to mapinfo. The problem I have is that I am about to receive a file containing and updated NSG (National Street Gazetteer) and I need to replace the existing tables with the new ones. The toolkit does not have an update import routine so I will load the data into a seperate data base and then hopefully replace the relevant tables (in a copy of the original database of course!). This is where I need some help, some of the tables have very long numbers (e.g. 465,220,100,407) and access shows them like this '4.65220100407E+11' . How can I do this with out loosing data. Can I do this through mapinfo and refresh the odbc or is it better to do it in Access.
