Are you sure?

Once upon a time, there was a company called P......s producing a digital portable
with an analog
line in and a digital coaxial _and_ optical input, all together in one 3.5mm
plug/jack. It was a
3.5mm plug you know from your MD remote/headphones with 4 contacts. 2 for analog left
and right,
1 for digital in and 1 for common ground. At the end of the jack hole, there was the
LED receiver
for a miniplug TOSlink cable.

You can, if you really want to.
