Personally, I rather like them.  Great service that one can trust (unlike
some other online dealers that seem to come and go on a daily basis), plus
the prices aren't that much higher than other places when you consider
their shipping charges.
For example:  Bought an R50 from them last year (Aug 3rd).  Broke this year
(Aug 1st).  Still under warranty, but that only covered parts.  The local
"Authorized Sony Repair" wanted $90 for labor.  Sick price.  Called
Crutchfield, and after some questioning, they offered to replace it for
free.  That is wonderful service!  :)  Would wholesaledirect stand behind
what they sell like that?
