| Why is that to soft?
-6 dB is too soft for two reasons:
1. These are compilation MDs of tracks from various CDs, and they should
all be at roughly the same levels as one another;
2. When the compilation is complete, it is copied to audiocassette, so
one wants as strong as signal as possible so that one can play the tape
without having to turn the tape player up so loud that the tape hiss
becomes noticeable.
