the best buy deal (lasts) four years, and covers basically everything...
if you don't toss it out a third story window, they'll cover you... that,
and i'd much rather deal with them than sony
but, as an update, the stupid thing seems to be working now... i must have
tried for almost twenty mins last night, nothing worked... let it 'sleep'
for a night, came back to it, and it's as if nothing happened
ah well,
