Yes, but the line-in must be recorded as a PCM wav file first. BTW, CDCopy
will produce MP3s with any standard bitrate from 32kb/s to 320kb/s, and
allows the choice of several different coders. It can also normalise,
convert bitrates of existing MP3s and create channel dependent or
independent, or even mono MP3s.
