While scouring the net for an automobile DC adapter for my VAIO PCG-F190, I stumbled across a web site (www.jpd.com, Japan Palmtops Direct) that had a blurb about a new Sony XR9 notebook computer that has built-in optical digital I/O ports as well as built-in MD controls. (That's not all; this XR9 looks really sweet. You can see all the info in Japanese starting at http://www.sony.co.jp/sd/ProductsPark/Consumer/PCOM/PCG-XR/index.html) Heck, this laptop even has a jog dial on the side of the keyboard! But aside from all the other features I was drooling over, I also noticed two new (to me anyway) MD decks - MDS-PC2 and MDS-S40, shown with the laptop on this page: http://www.sony.co.jp/sd/ProductsPark/Consumer/PCOM/PCG-XR/soft_5.html Talk about fun new toys... ----------------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this list send a message containing just the word "unsubscribe" to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
