Was looking at the new issue of "What Hi-fi?" at Borders Books today. Feature article about new home MD decks, with different brands of MD decks on the cover. Very interesting. They say the new Sony 930 and Yamaha MDX595 are the best. They claim the new ATRAC 4.5R sounds very good, say it is the seventh incarnation! 5 pack of TDK MD with plastic storage case at Tower Records on sale for $14.99. 4 pack of Maxell Gold for $12.99. That's pretty good for Tower!
