Hey I'd think about dropping MD if the cost of solid state media dropped to
below 2UKP per hundred meg instead of circa 60UKP for 50mb.
That is roughly what MD can store, and if there were mp3/whatever players
out there that could write onto cheap archival media then I am sure it
would be a big hit, but for the next three years I cannot see that
happening!
