Hi Remember me? I'm the guy who ruined a $99 smart media card by formatting it for use with Diamond's Rio. I got a repsonse from the diamond tech guys. The only way to fix it is by downloading a software patch for the rio drivers and then reformatting in the Rio. The only problem? I returned the Rio already! So, if anybody out there has a Rio player, and would like to do me a big huge favor, please email me back.
