The JVC KDMX3000 is a single-DIN head unit that plays both MDs and CDs thru
the same slot. It's great. (Yes, has AM/FM tuner as well, plus controls for
an external 12-disc CD changer.) It also has an aux input (two RCA jacks) in
the back. Kind of inconvenient there, but it's easy enough to run a cable
from there up front for other purposes. So far, since it plays all my CDs
and MDs, I can't think of any reason to use the aux input. I suppose, if I
were ever absolutely desparate to play cassettes in my car, I could hook up
my Walkman... (Ack! Cassettes? Never!!!)
