here is an idea if you have a digital sound card.  digitally extract the
sound files from the cd to wav format on your hd.  then either play them
through something like winamp (which if you play them all without pauses the
track marks should be gone) or put them all into one big file with your
favorite audio editor then record it digitally to you md?  Just an idea.
