What make you think this is a threat to MD? MD reaches further than to
just swipping music from commercial CDs. You can't cart that CD
recorder in your pocket and make a recording of live music. Can't take
it to your music lesson and record it, nor can you record a lecture with
it.
Nope, CD copiers are only for one segment of the population.
