Rather than argue about the definition of "different", it is probably
best to summarize the important properties:

1) Audio and data CDRs have differing type bytes that allow audio
recorders to identify and refuse to record on data CDRs.  This is
indelably stamped and may not be erased or modified.

2) Audio and data CDR are otherwise the same.  Some audio recorders
can be fooled by a "disk swap" after reading the disk type, in which
case they can record on a data CDR.
