There is an MDM-111 internal drive, which I believe was only sold to OEMs. There was a specific variant of the MDM-111 that IBM bundled with their Thinkpads for a while. The MDM-111 may still be in production; it's hard to say since they don't show up in retail outlets. It's also hard to imagine, since the MDM-111 uses an obsolete/discontinued NEC 78355 as its main processor. Perhaps they upgraded to a 784xx in the current units. Aside from the different CPU and the internal mount, it is a SCSI drive and supports the same commands as the MDH-10. -- Howard Chu Chief Architect, Symas Corp.
