You must be aware that BB employes are very often total idiots, and rumor
mongers. I have heard some of the wackiest stories from these people. The
customer service is the weakest of any store I have ever been to, and the
wait in line is the worst anywhere. (evidently minimum wage, non-commision
employes are so expensive that you can only have one register open from
which the people can purchase $1000 (ie: 6 weeks pay) TV sets...)
While I don't doubt that BB will drop MD very soon, they did just send out
in ad in the Sunday paper around here with the new MDLP units featured in it
so they are sticking with it for at least that long, although I'm farly
certain that even if the new MDLP Sonys sold out in every location, every
day, they would still drop MD regardless. That's simply how big business
works.
