Do they have a "cold front"? Mine produced decent heat at -6F last year which 
was the coldest I had it out. I did start it at -16F but that was only to show 
I could, I didn't go anywhere...

My neighbours have a diesel Golf and are not all that happy with the 
heat it produces.
They had seat heaters installed so that they could stand it.
